# Do you use any preservatives in your meals?

Our meals are free from any additional artificial preservatives and we deliver twice a week to ensure freshness. Some of our dishes contain citric acid (Vitamin C) and dried fruits that may contain sulfur dioxide, which acts as a natural preservative for dried goods. You can find the full list of ingredients [here](https://www.westerlykitchen.com/pages/ingredients-list) for your reference.
