# How do I find my photo of delivery after my bag has been delivered?

The delivery photo can be accessed through the link provided in your initial ETA text message, which may display as "Tap to Load Preview" or "routi.fi." This link will update throughout the delivery day.

- Initially, it will show only the estimated time of arrival.
- 30 minutes prior to your delivery, the link will activate, allowing you to track your driver's location as they approach you.
- After you receive the notification that your bag has been delivered, the link will then display the exact delivery time along with the photo of the delivery.
