The cooler bag and ice packs belong to our Westerly kitchen, and we re-use them over 20 times to prevent waste.
Keep the unfrozen ice packs in the cooler bag and set out on your porch before your next delivery. We’ll pick up the bag and replace it with your next set of meals.
If you don’t have any upcoming deliveries scheduled, email us at hello@westerlykitchen.com and we’ll add you to the pickup schedule on the next Wednesday delivery day.
Bags not returned within 1 month of your last delivery will incur a $20 cooler bag fee. If any of our food safe ice packs break or leak feel free to dispose of them, you will not be charged for any ice packs nor do you need to notify us.
