How do I customize the meals in my upcoming subscription order?

 

  •  Sign into your account.
  • Click "Manage Subscription".
  • Click on the red "manage my bundle" button under your custom meal plan.

  • The plan will automatically be set to your default plan
  • If you would like to customize the upcoming week's meals click on "Update contents".

  • You can easily customize the number of meals in your plan by selecting a different option from the "Number of Meals" drop-down menu.
    • The 6 and 9 meal plans are available for delivery on Sundays only, allowing you to select meals from our Wellness and Plant-Based menu for Monday through Wednesday.
    • The 10 and 15 meal plans are delivered on both Sundays and Wednesdays, allowing you to choose from our full range of Wellness and Plant-Based meals available from Monday to Friday.

  • Your default meal selections will be automatically chosen, but feel free to modify them to suit your preferences and achieve your desired number of meals.
    • If you select a Wellness-focused plan, the available Wellness meals will be displayed first, followed by the Plant-Based options. Feel free to combine meals from both categories to create a customized hybrid plan that suits your preferences!
    • If you select a Plant-Based plan, the available Plant-Based meals will be displayed at the top of your choices.
  • If you prefer to focus solely on either Plant-Based or Wellness meals, you can easily use the dropdown filters to display only the options that align with your dietary preferences.

  • To learn more about a specific meal, just click on its image to access detailed information.
  • After you have made all your selections, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.
  • Your updated custom meal plan for the upcoming week will be visible in your account and will be processed as usual at 12:00 AM on Thursday morning.
  • IMPORTANT: Changes to this upcoming order can be made up until the order processing time.  Once the order has processed you will no longer be able to update your order in the subscription portal for the upcoming week.

**If you need to make any changes to an order that has already processed, please email us by Friday at 5pm.  Please note, no additional changes can be made to a Sunday delivery after this time.**

 

  • Once your order processes Thursday morning, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your delivery dates. While this email will not list each individual meal, you can click the "View your order" button within the email to review the meals included in your plan at any time.
