How do I update payment information in my subscription?

 

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click on "Manage Subscription" under Account Details.
  • Click on "Address & payment details".
  • Click the "Manage payment methods" at the bottom.  
  • Click on the green "Edit" button next to what card you would like to update.
  • Click on the "Send edit payment link".  An email will be sent to the email address on file.  
  • This email will have a secure link you can click to update your payment information.  Click the green "Confirm payment information" button.
  • Please note: All subscription orders process early the Thursday morning before your Sunday delivery.  Any changes made after this time will not reflect your new updates until the following Thursday order.
  • *SHOP PAY CUSTOMERS*: If you have chosen to use Shop Pay and need to update your payment information you must go directly to the Shop Pay website.  The link we send you will also direct you to the same location.  We do not have access to any payment information within Shop Pay and are unfortunately not able to help with any billing information updates.
