All our meals are gluten and dairy free as well as being low sodium*. The only sweetener we use is agave.
Currently we don't offer nutrition details for each meal, as our menu changes each day and every meal is customized around your personal allergies and restrictions. You can see a bit more on our philosophy behind calories and macros in here.
To make estimating a bit easier though, our breakfasts range between 300-400 calories, our lunch salads range between 550-750 calories with about 4 ounces of protein, & our dinners range between 550-700 calories with 4.5-5 oz of protein, 4-5 oz of gluten-free starch, and 6-8 oz of vegetables.
The sodium content for each meal is between 400-500mg for breakfasts, 200-400mg for lunches, and 500-600mg for dinners. Most of the sodium is contained in the sauces which can always be requested on the side.
*The sodium content is based on the recommended diet of 1500mg or less a day.
