I added restrictions to my order but it isn't showing in my order confirmation email.

 

Unfortunately restriction notes don't populate in the order confirmation email but if you added them from the drop down to your order we got them!  

If you created a subscription you will be able to view and update them in your customer portal.  To do so:

  • Sign into your account.
  • Click "Manage Subscription".
  • Click on the red "Manage Subscriptions" button underneath whichever plan you would like to change or swap.
  • You will be able to view or update your allergens here, make sure to save any changes!
  • If you aren't seeing the "Allergies" section it might have to do with your browser or cookies settings.  Try using a different browser, Safari or Chrome typically work best!
