I am trying to sign into my subscription but I am getting a message saying I have no account.

 

You can sign into your subscription here.  It will send you a one time passcode, no password needed!

If you are still having issues, your subscription might not have been set up to manage yet, even though it's active. The activation email is sent right when you start your subscription and is often sent to junk mail. The email is titled "Activate Your Westerly Account".  If you can't find it feel free to email us at hello@westerlykitchen.com and we can send you a new activation link.

If you place one time orders there is not an account to update.  You must enter your information each time you place an order.
