All subscriptions process on Thursday mornings (around 12am) which is considered your order date but not your delivery date. The order date reflected on your account is the Thursday BEFORE the Sunday delivery date. For example the order date shown here is Thursday January 4th for delivery on Sunday January 7th. We set the order dates before the delivery days to ensure we can estimate meals as accurately as possible and minimize waste.
