# Where do I find the current menu and ingredients for each meal?

 

You can find the current menu [here](https://www.westerlykitchen.com/pages/current-menu), so you can see the title of each meal. This can always be accessed from the website under the "Next Week's Menu" tab, and then scroll down to the "Current Menu" option. You can also find our ingredients [here](https://www.westerlykitchen.com/pages/ingredients-list), which has a full list of ingredients for every dish. All our meals are gluten and dairy free as well as being low sodium.
