- Sign into your account.
- Click "Manage Subscription".
- Click on the red "Manage Subscriptions" button underneath whichever plan you would like to change or swap.
- Scroll down and click "Swap this for a different product."
- In the search box, enter "build" and select your desired delivery days along with your preferred default meal plan.
- Verify your selection and then click on the "Swap product" button to finalize the change.
- From here, you can customize your upcoming order to suit your preferences!
- If you do not modify your custom plan in your customer portal by Wednesday at 11:59 PM, a default fallback plan will be automatically processed for you. If you chose a "Plant-Based" plan, you will receive a selection of solely Plant-Based meals. Conversely, if your choice was a "Wellness" plan, you will receive only Wellness meals. - If you wish to switch to a custom meal plan for just one week, you have the option to skip your regular chef-selected plan and instead place a one-time order for the custom meal plan.
