- The 6 and 9 meal plans are available for delivery on Sundays only, allowing you to select meals from our Wellness and Plant-Based menu for Monday through Wednesday.
- The 10 and 15 meal plans are delivered on both Sundays and Wednesdays, allowing you to choose from our full range of Wellness and Plant-Based meals available from Monday to Friday.
- For subscriptions, if you do not modify your custom plan in your customer portal by Wednesday at 11:59 PM, a default fallback plan will be automatically processed for you. If you chose a "Plant-Based" plan, you will receive a selection of solely Plant-Based meals. Conversely, if your choice was a "Wellness" plan, you will receive only Wellness meals. - After selecting your preferred delivery days, click "Next" to proceed. You will then have the opportunity to select the meals you wish to enjoy for the upcoming week.
- If you select a Wellness-focused plan, the available Wellness meals will be displayed first, followed by the Plant-Based options. Feel free to combine meals from both categories to create a customized hybrid plan that suits your preferences!
- If you select a Plant-Based plan, the available Plant-Based meals will be displayed at the top of your choices.
- To learn more about a specific meal, just click on its image to access detailed information.
- If you prefer to focus solely on either Plant-Based or Wellness meals, you can easily use the dropdown filters to display only the options that align with your dietary preferences.
- Once you have chosen the number of meals to fulfill your selected plan, the "Next" button will become active, allowing you to proceed to the next page.
- Select any additional items you wish to include with your order, then click "Next" to proceed.
- You will have the opportunity to review your complete order and decide if you prefer to place a one-time order or establish a recurring subscription for future deliveries.
- After you have finalized your order and selected either a one-time purchase or a subscription, click "Add to Cart" to continue.
- If you choose to make a one-time purchase, please note that you will need to submit a new order each week.
- When you opt for a subscription, your meals for the upcoming week will automatically default to your chosen plan. However, you can easily customize your selections each week. To do this, simply log into your account and make your meal choices for the following week between Friday at 12:01 AM and Wednesday at 11:59 PM.
- If you forget to customize your plan, you will receive a default selection of meals based on your Meal Plan.
- If you have any dietary restrictions that we can accommodate, please select them from the dropdown menu to include them in your meal plan. Please be aware that we are currently unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for any add-on products.
- Please provide any specific delivery instructions in the delivery notes box to assist our drivers in locating your address.
- At the checkout page, you will have the option to enter any discount codes you may have.
- Complete purchase.
- You will receive an order confirmation email detailing your delivery dates. While this email will not list each individual meal, you can click the "View your order" button within the email to review the meals included in your plan at any time.
**If you need to make any changes to an order that has already processed, please email us by Friday at 5pm. Please note, no additional changes can be made to a Sunday delivery after this time.**
